Madam Esther Law Lee Poh

founded EXE Healthcare Group in the year 2005. Formerly known as Excellence Medical Information Center (EMIC), it was well established in promoting medical humanistic care education for cancer patients by connecting the cancer experts and the patients for the suitable and professional treatment.

Despite having no prior experience in medical background, Madam Esther’s journey in healthcare industry commenced during the treatment for her cancer-suffering mother in China, subsequently leading her appointment as Vice President and Director of International Affairs in cancer hospital in China. Her career of medical care education in Malaysia then started to extend to developing countries as, Thailand, Philippine, Vietnam Indonesia, Brunei, Middle East and even developed countries as the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and Singapore. This includes her experience in leading the accreditation process of Joint Commission International(JCI), extended into participating in preparation of IPO of the hospital.

With over 20 years experience in global healthcare industry, Madam Esther Law Lee Poh also served as Chief Executive Officer in Cheng Mei Medicine, Hainan, which has been designated as “Special Healthcare Zone” in China.

As the founder and chairlady of YAST Group, Mdm Esther is also a distinguished portfolio entrepreneur, global connector, author of Life Senses, columnist for Life Senses in Sarawak Tribune, intuitive painter and poet. Well-known as “Woman of Wisdom”, Mdm Esther was conferred with Outstanding Corporate Excellence & Sustainability Leadership Award, Great ASEAN Entreprenuer Award, World Women Economics and Business Summit Award in 2024.
